Overview

HADESS respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our platform.

Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on our platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
  • A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our platform
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent by providing the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the complainant

Repeat Infringers

HADESS will terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had content removed from our platform more than twice.

False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Don't make false claims!

Processing Time

We will process valid DMCA notices expeditiously, typically within 24-48 hours of receipt. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the user who posted the material
  • Provide the user with the opportunity to file a counter-notification
  • Restore the material if a valid counter-notification is received and no court action is filed

User Content Policy

Users of HADESS are expected to:

  • Only upload content that they own or have permission to use
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others
  • Not upload copyrighted materials without proper authorization
  • Report suspected copyright infringement to our DMCA agent
