1hr VR Study
Try out yet another exciting VR simulation, in this study which looks at how emotional states affect performance in a cognitive task.

General Experiment Information:
- Participation sessions typically involve coming into our Virtual Reality or Computer lab spaces (located on VUW’s Kelburn Campus) for a period of 1-2 hours.
- Each hour of participation is rewarded with either a movie voucher for Lighthouse Cinemas Wellington (redeemable at all Lighthouse Cinema branches) or a New World supermarket voucher.
- During a session you may be required to:
- Enter a virtual environment using a head-mounted display.
- Perform challenging mental tasks.
- Wear physiological sensors on your body.
- Provide real-time verbal ratings of your experience.
- Fill out survey-style questionnaires.
- View erotic or disturbing imagery.
