Effective Date: October 6, 2025

Your privacy is a top priority at CamHur (https://camhur.com/). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our service. By using our service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Introduction and Your Consent

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users. This policy applies specifically when we act as a data controller, meaning we determine the purposes and means of processing your personal data. Your use of our service signifies your consent to the transmission and processing of your data as detailed within this document.

2. The Personal Data We Process and Why

We may process several categories of information to provide, maintain, and improve our service. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, as demonstrated by your service use, and our legitimate interests in monitoring and enhancing our offerings.

  • Profile and Authentication Data: We process information included in your profile, such as your name, age, email address, and profile picture. If you use Facebook Login, we will request access to your first name, last name, gender, age, email, location, locale, timezone, and photos to create your profile. This data is used solely to enable and monitor your use of our service. We do not seek access to any further personal data stored on the Facebook platform.
  • Usage and Technical Data: This includes Usage Data (e.g., your IP address, geographical location limited to country and state, browser details, length of visit, and navigation paths) and Client Data (e.g., your operating system, hardware setup, device manufacturer, and model). We process this data through our analytics tracking system for the purpose of analyzing service use, proper administration, monitoring, and improving our service performance.
  • Communication and Relationship Data:
    • Correspondence Data and Customer Relationship Data (your contact details and communications) are processed for managing our relationship with you, communicating, keeping essential records, and promoting our products/services.
    • Enquiry Data (information submitted regarding goods/services) is processed for offering, marketing, and selling relevant items to you.
    • Notification Data (provided for email sign-ups) is processed to send you the requested notifications and newsletters.
  • In-Service Activity Data:
    • Message Data (text messages sent) and Communication Data (time, date, and length of communication) are processed for enabling transfer and administering/improving the service. Note: We do not store complete message logs or communication connection records.
    • Transaction Data (contact details, card details, transaction specifics) is processed for supplying purchased goods/services and maintaining proper transaction records.
  • Safety and Moderation Data:
    • Ban Data is processed if you are banned due to inappropriate behavior. This data includes relevant Usage/Client data and may include an image of a video frame obtained during the incident (collected with a user complaint or system detection). This is necessary for the proper administration of our service safety.
    • Complaint Data is processed if another user complains about you, which may include an image of a video frame from your source. This is for proper service administration.

Other Processing Purposes

We may also process any of your personal data where necessary for:

  • The establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims in any procedure.
  • Obtaining or maintaining insurance coverage, managing business risks, or obtaining professional advice.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another person.

Please Note: Do not provide us with any other person’s personal data unless we specifically prompt you to do so.

3. Disclosing Your Personal Data to Others

We may disclose your personal data in the following specific circumstances:

  • To Other Users: We may display your name, age, gender, location, and public images to other users of our service.
  • For Direct Connection (P2P): Our service may require a direct peer-to-peer connection, which necessitates making your IP address available to the other user’s computer, though it is not displayed in the service interface. This is a technical requirement for our system’s function.
  • To Payment Service Providers (PSPs): We share Transaction Data with our PSPs (e.g., PayPal, Apple, Google, Interkassa) only to the extent required for processing payments, refunds, and handling related queries.
  • To Professionals and Legal Authorities: We may disclose data to our insurers and professional advisers as reasonably necessary for risk management, professional advice, or defending legal claims. We will also disclose data when necessary to comply with a legal obligation or protect vital interests.

4. International Data Transfers

The hosting facilities for our service are located in Germany (European Economic Area). Users of our service are located worldwide. You acknowledge that personal data submitted for publication may be accessible globally via the Internet, and we cannot prevent its use or misuse by others in different jurisdictions.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was processed.

  • Profile Data is retained while your account is active, or as long as necessary for the purposes described here.
  • Message Logs and Communication Records are not retained. We store neither outgoing/incoming messages nor records of communication partners/timing.
  • Ban Data is retained only as long as necessary to enforce the ban technically. The user image associated with the ban is deleted upon ban expiration, but a record of the ban itself is retained.
  • We may retain data longer where retention is necessary for legal compliance or to protect vital interests.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your profile using the feature within our Android application settings.

  • Upon initiation, your account becomes immediately inaccessible to the public.
  • The data associated with your profile (photos, correspondence, etc.) will be physically deleted from our servers 30 days after the profile deletion.

6. Data Security Measures

We employ appropriate technical and physical safeguards to protect your personal data from loss, destruction, unauthorized access, or illegal processing.

  • We use industry-standard protection methods, including firewalls, password protection, and access controls.
  • We use Secure Server Software (SSL) to encrypt data sent to us, and our database is hosted in a secure data center.
  • Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Security Risk: While we strive to ensure security, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. You transmit and store information at your own risk. If you believe your data has been compromised, please contact us.

7. Children’s Online Privacy

Our service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18 and require users to be at least 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will deactivate the profile and take immediate steps to delete the data. If you are aware of any such data collection, please notify us.
