LEADERSHIP TABLE

COMMUNITY LEADERS DEDICATED TO EQUITABLE OUTCOMES FOR ALL YOUNG PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY

Our Leadership Table unites leaders from business, education, government, and others who are committed to collectively create our community’s economic vitality for every family by preparing each child for success in school and life. The Leadership Table is comprised of C-Suite Representatives from a cross-sector of organizational and system leaders (e.g., education, business/industry, government, nonprofits, etc.) as well as members representing affected communities, with the authority and responsibility to come together around a shared community vision (our community kitchen table) to advance equitable cradle-to-career outcomes.

Leadership Table members commit to the four primary components of civic infrastructure development needed to transform systems:

1. Shared Community Vision

2. Evidence-Based Decision Making

3. Collaborative Action

4. Investment & Sustainability
