With industry expertise in converting tyres, plastics, and lignite into clean energy, he has revolutionised efforts to develop scalable, low-emission technologies to address pressing environmental challenges.
As Co-founder and Senior Engineer of BXB Technologies Pty Ltd, Bruno sets the strategic direction for breakthrough waste-to-energy systems. A natural team builder, he combines technical acumen with commercial insight to drive innovation and growth.

Brad Attard
Engineering Design
Brad is an experienced leader in management and engineering. He has worked on major industrial projects in Australia, developing expertise in machine engineering and thermal insulation design. Brad now consults on supply, and installation of advanced materials for high temperature liquid and dry metal processing, serving industries from nuclear and mining to medical, defence, and research.
David Wilson
BEng (Mech), Chartered Professional Engineer
David is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the design and construction of large scale industrial plants, including coal drying facilities, steel mills, and metallurgical projects. His portfolio spans innovations in Steel Mills: increased capacity ladles, rebuilt billet pushing systems, and revised water cooling for arc furnaces. Beyond steel, he has delivered solutions for recycling facilities, tissue plants, paper machine relocations, pilot plants for clean technologies, and advanced sorting systems for cardboard, glass, and non ferrous materials.
Dr Keith Henley-Smith
BSc (Applied Chemistry) PhD (Materials Science)
Keith is a materials scientist and metallurgist with a proven track record of developing advanced processes for global organisations. His career highlights include the design, development, and commercialization of cutting edge materials, and establishing robust chemical infrastructure for the metallurgical and advanced materials industries. He has been heavily involved in rare earth technologies, magnet alloys and grain refining alloys.
