Bev Robertson was an avid cross-country skier. The act of breaking fresh trails through the bush on cross-country skis is called, “bushwhacking.” Bev felt because he was breaking fresh trails in the Saskatchewan craft beer industry that he should call his brewpub, The Bushwakker!
