Description
Talking to the copyshop guy "d", he was complaining about asbestos in all these buildings. Apparently june 5th, city of seattle is opening up grants to get that stuff dealt with. $50k-$100k.

apparently there's asbestos under the tiles in the kitchen and stuff that looks like vermiculite in the attic, according to cody

Likely needs tests to confirm. Landlord has been notified and is ok with us testing the tiles/insulation.

If its vermiculite or other loose insulation, common attic and crawlspace drafts will disturb it and cause it to be in the air.
