Description
Hi, we'd like to report an issue with your groups showing up at 404s in the BuddyPress
system. We're trying to figure it out and been spending many weeks on this and your message boards
seem to have quite a few things about it as well. It's affecting our clients and some of them are large.
Could you please get this addressed so we can use your platform and get what we paid
for?

Hi, BuddyPress is not a paid software, so I'm guessing you should see what paid plugin you are having trouble with and get in touch with the developers for that software. I'm closing, because this complaint doesn't seem to be meant for BP.
