Alwielland Bello

Alwielland Q. Bello finished his Ph.D. in Education major in Physics Education at the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU), Los Banos, Laguna last December 2024. He was a Department of Science and Technology-Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) scholar under the Capacity Building Program in Science and Mathematics Education (CBPSME) Program. He finished his MS Physics degree at MSU-IIT, Iligan City in 2009; and his BS Physics degree at MSU-IIT, Iligan City in 2004. He specializes in Physics and Physics Education researches and programs. His research interests include Structural Equation Modeling, Moderation and Mediation Analysis, Innovative and Inventive Thinking, Futures Thinking and Scientific Apparatus Design and Development. He holds the rank of Associate Professor at the Bukidnon State University (BukSU), Malaybalay City, Bukidnon. He handles physics subjects for both undergraduate and graduate courses. He is the Head of Laboratory Management Unit (LMU) of BukSU. He is an active reviewer for different WoS, SCOPUS and ISI-indexed journals. Aside from his scientific and academic career, he is also interested with philosophy, music and arts, mathematics, engineering and technology and religious studies. As a musician, he plays the guitar across roles, such as lead, rhythm and bass guitar in various popular genres such as metal, rock, jazz fusion, and reggae. He owns at least 20 guitars of various types and models in his personal collection at home. He is happily married with Madame Ilyn Grace L. Bello; both are blessed with a son, Alwielland L. Bello, Jr.
