You only can use this plugin if you have already installed buddypress in your wordpress cms. Active this plugin and go into someones profile and then rate the profile by clicking on star.

Great plugin – does need typo fixing though in buddypress-profile-rating/bp-profile-rating.php
Currently says “Your raing” – instead of “Your rating”
