Twenty-three busy days away

(Will I find a quiet clean and friendly laundromat to match the one I used in Torino? I’ll let you know. Because I’m going to need one at some point.)

I’m going to be out on the road for a while, for what amounts to a three-week professional wargaming tour:

• last week of August at JFTB Los Alamitos near Los Angeles: running the QUICK game for the 2024 serial of the US Army Urban Operations Planner Course; The QUICK Page

• then a few days visiting friends in Berlin: haven’t been there since 1989 when I was one of the last people to be refused entry into East Berlin, just before the Wall came down;

• then a couple of days visiting friends and stepfamily in London, then home.

I may or may not be posting from the road, I am bringing my iPad which might make the task less onerous… anyway, that’s where I’ll be and that’s what I’ll be doing.
