Brown is no longer a member of HELIN. However, we still have agreements with member libraries through CRIARL.
Our visitor policies are evolving. At this time,
- Researchers external to Brown, including researchers affiliated with Brown academic departments, may request an appointment to view materials at the Rockefeller and Orwig Music libraries by emailing [email protected], and at the John Hay Library by making an appointment through Aeon. Email [email protected] with any questions about appointments at the Hay. Researchers must confirm their appointments upon arrival.
- Visitors can sign in to view exhibits at the John Hay Library on certain days and times. See Visiting the John Hay Library for details.
- Consortial partners can request an appointment by using the reservation system. Consortial partners include SHARES, CRIARL, and BorrowDirect.
