Most of our Administration Team utilizes hybrid schedules. To ensure you connect with the right person at the right time, appointments are encouraged.

donation pick-up service
We offer a limited free donation pick-up service in the Eugene-Springfield area. If you have items for pick-up, call 541-746-3023 x304, to leave a message for our donations receiving staff. We’ll get back to you shortly to coordinate.
Alternatively, you can send photos of materials directly to our receiving staff for pre-screening. Try it here.
Please note that pick-up items must be pre-approved, and unfortunately, we cannot accept all items for donation. To ensure we can rehome your items, review our lists of accepted materials here.
inclement weather closures
Please check our social media accounts to receive the most up-to-date notifications on inclement weather closures. You can expect the Planet Improvement Center to close under the following conditions, for the safety of our employees and customers:
Extreme Heat: The time the heat index forecast is predicted to hit 105 degrees and above.
Smoke: The time the air quality index forecast is predicted to hit 200 ppm and above.
