This 1985 Mazda RX-7 GSL-SE was remained under the care of the original owner in Colorado since new. Power is provided by a 1.3-liter 13B rotary paired with a five-speed manual transmission, and the car is finished in Light Beige over brown striped velour upholstery. It is factory-equipped with a limited-slip differential, 14″ Performance alloy wheels, disc brakes, and a sunroof, while the interior features air conditioning, cruise control, and a AM/FM/cassette stereo with a nine-band graphic equalizer. A tune-up in January 2026 is said to have involved replacing an oxygen sensor, the fuel pulse damper, engine oil, spark plugs, and spark plug wires. This one-owner RX-7 is now offered at no reserve with the owner’s manuals, service records dating from new, a clean Carfax report, and a Colorado title in the name of the seller’s spouse.

The car is finished in Light Beige and is equipped with a raisable/removable steel sunroof, pop-up headlights, and power-adjustable side mirrors. The seller states that the car has not been repainted. The power antenna assembly was replaced in March 2023. A portion of the provided photos were taken in December 2025.

The 14″ Performance alloy wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich Traction T/A tires. The seller notes that the installed tires were recently purchased, and the idler arm bushings were replaced in June 2020. Braking is handled by power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes.

The reclining bucket seats are upholstered in standard striped velour with bolsters, complemented by color-coordinated vinyl trim. The GLE-SE trim level was equipped with air conditioning as standard, and interior features also include cruise control, power windows, a digital Quartz clock, and an AM/FM stereo located just above a Dolby cassette deck and integrated graphic equalizer. An Alpine 8101 alarm system has been added. The seller notes that the R12-based air conditioning system is intact, but recommends a recharge as the freon has leaked out.

The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline as well as gauges for oil pressure, voltage, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows under 79k miles, all of which were added under current ownership.

The fuel-injected 1.3-liter 13B rotary was factory rated at 135 horsepower and 133 lb-ft of torque, an estimated increase of 34% horsepower and 24% torque over the 12A rotary unit. An August 2017 service included repairing the radiator and replacing the hoses for the radiator and heater. The seller tells us that the car received a tune-up in January 2026, which consisted of replacing an oxygen sensor, the fuel pulse damper, spark plugs, and spark plug wires in addition to changing the oil. Service records and Colorado state inspection reports dating from 1985 to 2021 are shown in the gallery below.

The car’s warranty booklet lists 102 miles on the day it was delivered to the owner, July 12, 1985, from Roger Mauro Imports, Inc.
