I am a traveler. For more than thirty years, I have wandered the world. Although I grew up in the United States, I have lived in ten different countries (mostly in Asia) and have visited many others. Along the way, I’ve journeyed with my loving husband of more than forty years and our two children, now grown, whom I consider good friends.
This blog is a place for reflection and writing. When I started it in 2016, I needed a space to vent. Now, not so much. As a humanitarian aid worker, I have witnessed a great deal of brokenness in the world. But, amid that brokenness, I have also experienced extraordinary beauty and joy.
This is my small space to explore the many corners of my experiences and memories, and to share my travels through photography and my imagination through writing.
I am now retired, living and traveling in Europe.
