* post_id – Associated WordPress post ID (bigint, indexed)
* text – Incorrect text (varchar 255)
* suggestion – Suggested correction (varchar 255)
* url – Page URL (varchar 500)
* timestamp – Submission time (datetime, indexed)

Optimized with indexes on post_id and timestamp for fast queries.
