The purpose is to support decision makers facing such problems. Typically, there does not exist a unique optimal solution for such problems and it is necessary to use decision maker's preferences to differentiate between solutions. This paper discusses the use of MCDA for supporting strategic management. By considering the technical issues associated with the content of strategic decisions, and also the social aspects that characterize the processes within which they are created. This paper presents a fuzzy TOPSIS technique for strategy selection problem. By using TOPSIS technique we support strategy selection decisions.

Using the marketing mix factors such as market access and good service and fast customer service and variety of services and appropriate advertising to attract customers, the increase in deposit institutions, especially financial and credit institutions shall. Given the importance of this issue, this study investigated the impact of marketing mix to attract customers in the bank is in Kermanshah Province. Collection of information is the researcher and the study questionnaire included 30 questions are the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha was 0.882 and the Cronbach values are greater than 0.7, the reliability of the questionnaire is. The population used in this study is the province of the customer's bank account with at least one interest-free loans, savings, and they are now. Stratified random sampling is that the 250 questionnaires were collected. The main hypothesis of this study and 5 with a particular hypothesis is the Pearson correlation test hypotheses were put to the test plant and a significant positive effect, it was established, meaning that factors in the marketing mix customers absorption process The bank has a significant positive effect.

This essay wants to explain the concept of networks and policy networks and analyzes the effect of chaos theory and its complexity and role in policy networks, too. The chaos theory learns us; organizations which are in border of order and chaos, are more successful. Organizations will be destroyed when they have a lot of order and don't have any flexibility. Organizations which are in the border of order and chaos can increase their flexibility by making changes in work's methods and using of different work's shapes and this flexibility lets them for compatibility with environmental changes. Finally, this essay will consider three kinds of future orientations in policy networks which consist of; rational choice, analysis of network and case study.

Sohan as a cookie is one of the main souvenirs of Qom. If producers want to use the opportunity of exporting Sohan, they should apply proper strategies for their targets and have strategic plans. This study is to know the present position of exporting Sohan by means of internal and external analysis. Methodology: Interviews, books and documents are used in this survey; for studying information, SWOT analysis model is used and for strategy compiling, Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) is used. Findings: Data shows that exporting Sohan has more weaknesses and opportunities in external and internal factors and it is in a situation that can use opportunities to decrease weaknesses by help of the strategies. Conclusion: Based on evaluation of scores conservative strategies in quantitative strategic planning matrix, focusing strategy on products and market penetration in the region and the solvent was selected as the best strategy.

The major role of financial reporting is the effective transfer of financial data to people who are outside the organization in a way that is valid and timely one of the most important goals of which is to provide necessary data to evaluate the function of an economic agencies and its ability to make profits. The necessary condition to achieve this is to provide financial data in such a way that the evaluation of the previous functions becomes possible and effective in measuring the ability to make profits and in predicting future activities of economic agencies. The major role of financial reporting is the effective transfer of financial data to people who are outside the organization in a way that is valid and timely; one of the most important goals of which is to provide necessary data to evaluate the function of an economic agencies and its ability to make profits. Government accounting and financial reporting aims to protect and manage public money and discharge accountability. These purposes, and the nature of public goods and tax financing, give rise to differences with commercial accounting. In order to achieve ambitious socioeconomic goals, developing countries require public sector institutional capacity for setting and implementing public policy, which in turn necessitates government accounting reform. The social value of government accounting reform therefore lies in its contribution to development goals, including poverty reduction. Public accountability of government is demonstrated in part by accounting standards that require fair presentation and full disclosure. In the United States, many of these standards are developed by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). The paper revealed that the effective implementation of development policies and programmes is anchored on purity of action, honesty of purpose, probity and integrity, which are important hallmarks of accountability and transparency. Financial reporting is the best index of accountability. The accountability and control apparatus in the public service has some minimum technical components that should elicit tolerable standards of accountability and transparency. There are reasonable regulations, adequate albeit outdated accounting procedures, stringent sanctions and financial auditing. The major problem however, is with the human component indices of commitment, honesty, integrity and transparency. The apparatus for managerial and programme accountability are either weak or non-existent. Consequently, the quality of the financial statements should be improved, the system should create room to inculcate both managerial and programme accountability apparatus. The human component-individual accountability should be seriously considered.

The implements for collection of social capital reporters questionnaire of Mallaie social capital (1380) that have constituted from 31 questions, read attentively social capital and its all aspects and for evaluation of organization of organizational entrepreneurship questionnaire of 22 question of Rabinsand Kotler(1996) entrepreneurship has been utilized. Perpetuity of social capital questionnaireis 0/88 and perpetuity of organizational entrepreneurship questionnaire is 0/79.becauseKoronbakh'salfa of both of questionnaires are over 0/7 thus, both of questionnaires had been embodied necessitous perpetuity. The considered statistic social content is, 978 persons of Kermanshah governmental organization employers. Based on proportional classificatory of sampling style between them, 146 people have chosen as statistical samples. Findings and result: in order to specification of attained datum normality, Colomoro. Esmirnoph examination has been being utilized. And the conclusion of examination confirmed the normality of datum. The conclusions signifying direct and positive relationship between social capital and organizational entrepreneurship. It means that, in investigated society what so ever social capital is increased the tendency of organizational entrepreneurship will increase.

Much of this interest is driven by student demand for courses in entrepreneurship, either because of genuine interest in the subject, or because students see entrepreneurship education as a useful hedge given uncertain corporate careers This paper reports a study of the importance of religious faith to entrepreneurs and the relationship of that faith to their ethical judgments. The importance of religious faith to entrepreneurs was similar to the importance of religious faith to other business respondents. Literature offers numerous definitions of ethics. Crane and Matten (2004, p.8 (Jones, 1991, cited in Chau and Siu, 2000) ,Entrepreneurs who identified religious interests as being of high importance, and also entrepreneurs who were highly orthodox in their faith, expressed more sensitive ethical judgments on at least five of sixteen ethical issues than did entrepreneurs who indicated that religious interests were of low or no importance.

Organizations want and need employees who will do those things that aren't in any job description... more Organizations want and need employees who will do those things that aren't in any job description. And the evidence indicates that those organizations that have such employees outperform those that don't. As a result, some human subject studies are concerned with organizational citizenship behavior as a dependent variable. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) means individual behaviors that are beneficial to the organization but not directly recognized by the formal reward system. Though there are research studies that provide the domain of OCB and its effects on the organizational performance but they have varied viewpoints and are inadequate. The present paper is an effort towards this direction. The main objective of the paper is to build grounding for analyzing the impact of OCB on various organizational performance measures through various propositions based on antecedents and consequences of organizational citizenship behavior. The authors have described the antecedents of OCB from comprehensive perspective, which include role clarity, leadership, organizational commitment, organizational justice and individual traits. The impact of these antecedents is correlated with five organizational performance parameters namely reduced turnover, reduced absenteeism, employee satisfaction and loyalty, consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. The paper also stressed on the need to asses the influence of age, gender and experience on OCB, which have been the main lacunae in the existing literature on OCB. Moreover, the present paper proposed an endeavor to incorporate three dimensions viz: age, gender and experience to assess their influence on OCB

The implements for collection of social capital reporters questionnaire of Mallaie social capital (1380) that have constituted from 31 questions, read attentively social capital and its all aspects and for evaluation of organization of organizational entrepreneurship questionnaire of 22 question of Rabinsand Kotler(1996) entrepreneurship has been utilized. Perpetuity of social capital questionnaireis 0/88 and perpetuity of organizational entrepreneurship questionnaire is 0/79.becauseKoronbakh'salfa of both of questionnaires are over 0/7 thus, both of questionnaires had been embodied necessitous perpetuity. The considered statistic social content is, 978 persons of Kermanshah governmental organization employers. Based on proportional classificatory of sampling style between them, 146 people have chosen as statistical samples. Findings and result: in order to specification of attained datum normality, Colomoro. Esmirnoph examination has been being utilized. And the conclusion of examination confirmed the normality of datum. The conclusions signifying direct and positive relationship between social capital and organizational entrepreneurship. It means that, in investigated society what so ever social capital is increased the tendency of organizational entrepreneurship will increase.

Much of this interest is driven by student demand for courses in entrepreneurship, either because of genuine interest in the subject, or because students see entrepreneurship education as a useful hedge given uncertain corporate careers This paper reports a study of the importance of religious faith to entrepreneurs and the relationship of that faith to their ethical judgments. The importance of religious faith to entrepreneurs was similar to the importance of religious faith to other business respondents. Literature offers numerous definitions of ethics. Crane and Matten (2004, p.8 (Jones, 1991, cited in Chau and Siu, 2000) ,Entrepreneurs who identified religious interests as being of high importance, and also entrepreneurs who were highly orthodox in their faith, expressed more sensitive ethical judgments on at least five of sixteen ethical issues than did entrepreneurs who indicated that religious interests were of low or no importance.

Organizations want and need employees who will do those things that aren't in any job description... more Organizations want and need employees who will do those things that aren't in any job description. And the evidence indicates that those organizations that have such employees outperform those that don't. As a result, some human subject studies are concerned with organizational citizenship behavior as a dependent variable. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) means individual behaviors that are beneficial to the organization but not directly recognized by the formal reward system. Though there are research studies that provide the domain of OCB and its effects on the organizational performance but they have varied viewpoints and are inadequate. The present paper is an effort towards this direction. The main objective of the paper is to build grounding for analyzing the impact of OCB on various organizational performance measures through various propositions based on antecedents and consequences of organizational citizenship behavior. The authors have described the antecedents of OCB from comprehensive perspective, which include role clarity, leadership, organizational commitment, organizational justice and individual traits. The impact of these antecedents is correlated with five organizational performance parameters namely reduced turnover, reduced absenteeism, employee satisfaction and loyalty, consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. The paper also stressed on the need to asses the influence of age, gender and experience on OCB, which have been the main lacunae in the existing literature on OCB. Moreover, the present paper proposed an endeavor to incorporate three dimensions viz: age, gender and experience to assess their influence on OCB
