Wer dem Kunstwollen des großen Tragikers in seiner Elektra ernsthaft auf den Grund gehen oder ihn als Meilenstein in der Rezeptionsgeschichte des Elektramythos würdigen möchte, kommt um eine moderne Übersetzung, die sich am beigegebenen Originaltext messen lässt, nicht herum.
