As the first & only holistic, virtual perinatal IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) in Texas, we provide mental health support exclusively for pregnant and postpartum moms.

You're Not Meant to Feel This Way

You’re the kind of mother who wants to be present and connected.

Who dreams of enjoying those precious moments everyone talks about.

Who imagines handling the ups and downs of motherhood with grace & self-compassion.

But right now, you’re…

Seven days between therapy appointments feels like an eternity when you’re struggling.

We're here to help.

Healing can happen. And you don’t have to do this alone.

Comprehensive Support for Your Journey

find the right option for you

Perinatal IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program)

Join us three days per week for three hours a day for comprehensive, holistic mental health support.

Our exclusively perinatal IOP program means you’ll be surrounded by other mothers you can relate to because they are also experiencing the same thing — all in a welcoming space that feels like home.

This perinatal IOP includes therapy, art therapy, yoga/mindfulness and mother-baby attachment & bonding support

Father Support Group

When you are a part of our perinatal IOP, your baby’s father has the opportunity to attend biweekly group sessions that allow them to learn, share, and grow on their journey as a new parent, too.

Because the whole family deserves support during this transition.

Blooming Mama Course

In addition to our perinatal IOP, we also offer a fully digital preventive education program for planning and expecting mothers.

Learn the tools and warning signs to support your emotional and mental well-being during pregnancy and postpartum so you can feel more prepared and know when to ask for help.

Our Approach as a Holistic & Experiential Perinatal IOP

At The Bloom Center for Motherhood, we believe mother-centered care means treating the whole person. That’s why we’ve created a warm, welcoming environment where you can…

about

Meet Our Founder

Heena Khan, LPC-S, RPT-S™, PMH-C, CYT, founded The Bloom Center for Motherhood with a vision of transforming maternal mental health care in Texas. As a mother who has experienced the overwhelming transitions of motherhood herself and a therapist who has supported countless mothers through their journeys, Heena recognized that weekly therapy isn’t always enough during the critical perinatal period.

She created Texas’s first exclusively holistic, perinatal IOP (intensive outpatient program) to provide the comprehensive, frequent support mothers deserve.

Combining clinical expertise with evidenced-based and holistic treatment approaches. The Bloom Center offers a warm, nurturing environment where mothers can heal, grow, and discover joy in motherhood.
