What unsettles them is whether delivery will hold once programs expand.<\/span><\/p> \n<p><span>One cohort finishes energized, but another struggles through the same program. Managers quietly warn participants that the experience may depend on who delivers the session. Expansion plans slow because no one wants to multiply unpredictability.<\/span><\/p> \n<p><span>Confidence does not come from one strong session or a particularly talented facilitator.
