Stress! Cameren is going to Wisconsin for two weeks. His grandpa Jerry died on the 21st and his funeral is on Monday. Cameren and the only other grandchild, Jessica, are driving up together. Thank the Force for Facebook so these two can actually know each other as adults when they only saw each other a handful of times as kids.
Boredom! But so much to do, including moving all the furniture 3 feet from the heating vents for the bastard building management. I just want to lay in bed all day and watch Tyler Perry movies.
Good stuff! Come March 1st we pay $37 less in rent and we don't have to move. And I am bringing a man home for Xmas... the first time in 19 years. He's spending the night tonight, he can help me move the furniture. ;)
The GRAB BAG thing is increasingly stressing me out. I wish I could just get my graphics and get the hell out of there. I got stuff from 6 people, I am waiting on 14 more people, 3 people I am not requesting from, and one person is not even offering what she promised. Then there are three more who haven't let us request from them yet, I hope they do soon. I know it was only $5 I spent to help someone out, but watch me be $5 short on the rent next month. Just my luck.
I am not leaving my stocking link in other people's LJ's like some as asking us to. I'd feel like I am begging for pressies. If you want to make me something or just give me wishes, my tag is in the sidebar of the comm. I will be making something for all blinkie friends with a stocking and the people who request from me often. The people who skipped me on Halloween and the 4 people who never picked up my gift to them can bite my candy cane. :D
And OMG don't leave me friggin coupons! I am still waiting for Halloween stuff from all three people who left me coupons. :(
Its been a really long time since I was active on LiveJournal, but I use to make graphics and I recognize your username. I saw that you are still active. I was wondering if you'd like to be friends?…
A big victory in what will be a bumpy ride. But we've got to celebrate the victories when we've got them! I'm buying an ACLU sweatshirt and making cake for the kids. :)
