On May 10th Cameren's graduating class had their art show where they presented their portfolios.

My mom, dad, step mom, niece Caity, aunt Wendy, Godmother Glenice, boyfriend Sean, his son Carter were there, along with Cam's dad and all Cam's childhood friends, Steven, Brad, Dillon, Talin, Rochelle, etc. We are all proud of him! He has all A's and one B (that he is still mad at). He has an internship at a busy studio, but they don't let him do very much. He won't graduate until January because he wants to go for another semester and get some generals, but he has his Photography Certificate and will soon have his Photography Degree. His specialty is portrait work in abandoned places and light painting.

So anyway, I took this pic at the Resolution Photo Show and today he made it his profile pic on Facebook and said,
"I know she's ugly but she's still my mom! Happy Mothers Day!"

The only one who gets it (besides Cam and I) is Mikey, who has the original song (I know she's ugly but she turns me on) as my ringtone when I call him.

~ There is something nice about a clean house. I haven't tripped over anything today.

~ Sleeping eight hours shouldn't have given me a headache.

~ I really have to get my fall blinkies put up on my sidebar today.

~ I really have to reorganize all the mods and their jobs in the GalacticSenate now that I hired a new one.

~ Doing three Farmvilles and three Frontiervilles is wearing me down.

~ Still sad that someone hated on me for joining in Spirit Day, but glad he wasn't an important friend. He lost a lot of friends yesterday. Creep.

~ Lately every time I get in my warm bed I have been wishing someone else was there. It's been years.

~ I was talking to a new guy, but when he got a new job he didn't have time to e-mail me, much less date me, especially when he has 7 kids.

~ I don't know why I look forward to these 5 days off, I have nothing planned. Usually I would rather be at work, but work is so damn boring I don't have a happy place anymore.

~ I am so thankful to the two friends who helped me out. We were starving and literally hadn't eaten for days. Now we have groceries we can make last for a few more weeks.

~ I HAVE to organize more IHOP get togethers, my YouTube friends are way too fun. Especially the three that showed up on Tuesday. Great times!

~ And I have to get to all the poetry slams and drag shows I can this winter. And drag said friends with.

Good-bye February!!

Thank you for the 38°F day today. We went to Walmart and Cub and spent $220 that I don't have on groceries, but the teenager saved us $41 with coupons. We are further in debt, but we don't have to go back to the food shelf now.

Went the last Poetry Slam before the semi-finals last night with Becky, her husband Bryan, and my friend Jim. Jim got to be a judge and he got to talk to a poet he has a crush on, Wonder Dave, and Wonder Dave remembered him and told him he has his vids on his blog. It was a fun night!

I had invited Mikey to go, but he said he was sick. Last Monday Mikey drove us to Old Country Buffet for dinner because we were starving. I still miss him, though. Maybe I can get him to go the the drag queen show next weekend.

And best of all... phi_one_zero texted me! He's a local friend I met on LJ. I haven't seen him since we went to see Obama when he was running for election. I have been worried about him since he deleted his LJ. He was having a dilemma and needed to talk. So glad he called, I'd be there for him whenever he needs me. He doesn't think he's been there for me, but he has. :)

Getting worried about how we are going to afford Orlando in August. But I applied for two summer jobs so far. I just have to find something.

And been playing way too much Farmville. But whatever, it's fun and more social than most online games.

~ Tuna Noodle Hotdish:
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans tuna in water, 2 cans mushrooms, milk, Old Dutch Sour Cream and Onion chips. throw it all in a pan, crush the chips on top, bake till the chips are brownish, eat. Easy peasy.

Everything is a freakin fail today. My e-mail isn't showing up, DailyBooth won't give me notifications, Farmville is fucked... and on my day off.

Since Cameren got me banned from Fluffbook I only have my Hatchlings on facebook now.

My last two hatched and cracked me up!! Go figure.

My mom and one_eared_bunny and I went on an adventure across town on a billion buses that went places I have never been before. It was hugely stressful, because they are both bitchers and bitch non stop about every damn little thing and I can't take that, I just want to have fun. But I made it fun anyway and ignored them as best as I could. I had a great dinner at Old Country Buffet, Mmmmmmmmm cornbread stuffing! And a gummy bear cupcake!

Never open message reminders in bulk there. I am too used to multi-tasking and I opened a ton of messages at once and flooded it and was automatically disabled.

This is a huge relief!!! I didn't get in the Fluff raffle that I wanted to, but Cam won again. This time he actually won the contest, not just the raffle. He has a gold rhino!!! That little shit!
