How is API usage priced?

Every real-time API call spends points (5 points per call). Points are pooled monthly per plan; if you run low, add flat-rate points at $50 per 1M points — same price at any volume, billed only as used.

How are WebSocket streams priced?

Two meters: stream-minutes (one stream connected for a month = 44,640 minutes) and GB pushed over the socket. Beyond your plan allowance, add stream-minutes at $25 per 100k and stream data at $10 per GB — flat rates, so a trader running one light socket stays cheap while sustained streamers pay in proportion to load.

What's the difference between Pro and Scale?

Pro ($99) streams trading data only — live DEX trades, prices and OHLC — and includes 1M points and 100 concurrent streams. Scale ($299) adds the full onchain data streams — transfers, events, calls, traces, transactions and rewards — plus mempool streams, and bumps you to 5M points, 50 GB and up to 1,000 concurrent streams. It's built for production real-time apps.

What's the $49 Personal plan?

An API-only entry plan: 100k API points a month (≈ 20k real-time calls) on the full GraphQL schema across the 8 core chains at 30 requests per minute, with no streaming access. It's licensed for personal, non-commercial use only — perfect for side projects, learning and testing. Need more points? Add them at $50 per 1M anytime ($40 bought yearly). Why a rolling data window on self-service?

Self-service is optimised for real-time: trades/OHLC stay for 30 days and raw on-chain data for a 4–8h hot window. Deep history is expensive to keep hot and queryable, so the full archive lives in Enterprise (with S3 Parquet bulk export), priced as a flat platform fee instead of metered.

What does annual / committed billing get me?

Annual plans prepay the base plus a committed usage allowance (drawn from a prepaid wallet) for a 20% discount, a 12-month price lock and forecastable billing. Add-ons get the same deal: buy them yearly and they're 20% off too — $40 per 1M points, $20 per 100k stream-minutes, $8 per GB.
