To get your Zoho Flow Webhook, follow these steps:

  • Log in to Zoho Flow: If you haven’t already, sign in to your Zoho Flow account using your email and password.
  • Create a New Flow: Click the button to create a new flow. It might be labeled “New Flow” or have a plus sign icon.
  • Flow Details: Provide a name for your flow, choose a folder to organize it (if applicable), and add a description to explain its purpose. Click “Create” to proceed.
  • Trigger Selection: For “Choose what triggers the flow,” select “Webhook.” This will initiate the flow when a web request is sent to a specific URL.
  • Payload Format: Choose “FORM DATA” as the format for the data received in the webhook call. JSON is a common format for structured data exchange.
  • Copy Webhook URL: Zoho Flow will generate a unique URL specifically for your flow. Copy this URL as it will be used to trigger the flow from an external source.
  • Test the Flow: Click “Next” to proceed to the action step of your flow. Before adding actions, you can optionally click “Test” to see if the webhook is set up correctly.
  • Now go to the integrations page and paste your “Webhook URL” in to the “Link” Field.
  • Select method type “POST”.
  • Map your fields.
  • Now click on “Test Webhook”.
  • After receiving the confirmation “Test Webhook executed successfully“, navigate back to “Zoho Flow“.
  • Verify if the data has been received in Zoho Flow.
  • Once confirmed, click on “Done“.
  • Proceed to search for your desired application where you wish to send the data. In this instance, let’s use “MailerLite“.
  • Drag and drop the action corresponding to your app.
  • If you haven’t already established a connection, you’ll need to create one. If a connection exists, select it.
  • After establishing the connection, map the fields accordingly. Your form fields should be accessible under the webhook option.
  • Once the mapping is complete, click on “Done“.
