Authorization of Zoho Bigin Integration

To set up the Zoho Bigin integration in Bit Form, simply go to the Bit Form plugin and open up the form you want to work on. Then, head to the form settings and look for the integrations section. Click on the plus icon to add a new integration, and search for Zoho Bigin from the available options.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

Data Center: Select a Data Center from the drop-down list.

To get your Zoho Bigin Client ID and Client Secret, follow these steps:

  • Access Zoho Developer Console: Go to “Zoho Developer Console“.
  • Add Client: Click on “Add Client” and choose “Server-Based Application” as the client type.
  • Name your Application: Provide a descriptive name for your application.
  • Gather Integration Details:
    • Go to your integration’s settings page (separate platform).
    • Copy the Homepage URL from the integration settings.
  • Paste Homepage URL: In the Zoho API Console, locate the “Homepage URL” field and paste the copied URL.
  • Gather Authorized Redirect URIs:
    • Still on your integration’s settings page, copy the Authorized Redirect URIs.
  • Paste Authorized Redirect URIs: In the Zoho API Console, find the “Authorized Redirect URIs” field and paste the copied URIs.
  • Create Client: Click the “Create” button to finalize the process.
  • Copy Client Credentials: The Zoho API Console will display your “Client ID” and “Client Secret“.
  • Integrate Credentials: Copy and paste these credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) into the designated fields on your integration platform.

Once you have successfully entered your Zoho Bigin Client ID & Client Secret, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Module: Select a Module from the drop-down list.

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Zoho Bigin. The “Last Name” and “Pipeline” field is the default and required field in Zoho Bigin, so you will need to map your form’s “Last Name” and “Pipeline” field to this field in Zoho Bigin. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

Actions

Workflow: Select this option to trigger the Zoho Bigin workflow for the selected module. If you didn’t select this option Zoho Bigin workflow for the selected module doesn’t work.

Approval: Select this option to automatically send form data to your Zoho Bigin approval list instead of adding them.

Add Note: Select this action to add a note from Trigger to Zoho Bigin account automatically.

Upload Photo: You can update any contact’s profile photo through our Trigger to your Zoho Bigin account. For that, hoover on the action called “Upload Photo“. After mapping the relevant fields, click the action ‘Upload Photo’ to upload a photo from Trigger to Zoho Bigin. Now click on ‘Save’. Whenever the user fills-up the form on Trigger, the image will be automatically uploaded as a profile photo to the Zoho Bigin account.

Attachment: To Select this option you can send file upload field data to Zoho Bigin related list Attachments. You can also send file upload field data to Zoho Bigin via normal field mapping). Please select the CRM file upload field from the drop-down which you want to send data.

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.

Configuring the conditional logic

Now, let’s set up some conditional logic to trigger the integration for the submitted data. To do this, head over to the conditional logic section. You have the option to create a new conditional logic or use an existing one. Make sure to set the Action behavior to “Always” and check the Integration under Additional Actions. Then, select your desired Integration, in this case, “Zoho Bigin API“. Once done, just click on Update.

Integration Log

Every integration has a timeline that you can use to check the success or error status of the integration. To see your response, just head over to the Response section in Bit Form, click on your record, and then scroll down. Below your Timeline, click on Show Integration Logs.
