Estimated reading: 4 minutes 29 views

Thrive Automator Integration: Thrive Automator is a WordPress automation tool. It connects different plugins and services so specific events on your website can trigger automatic actions.

Bit Flows is a WordPress automation plugin that lets you connect different tools and automate tasks without coding. It helps businesses build powerful workflow automation by connecting apps and moving data between them automatically.

Integrate Thrive Automator with Bit Flows to connect your WordPress events and automations with external CRMs, email tools, payment systems, and marketing platforms, enabling seamless data sync, advanced cross-tool workflows, and centralized control over all your WordPress and non-WordPress automations.

Step 1: Create a New Integration

First, open your Bit Flows Dashboard, then either create a new flow or open an existing one. In the Flow Builder, first click the plus (+) icon to add a trigger as you wish. In this setup, Bit Form serves as the trigger and Thrive Automator as the action.

Step 2: Select Bit Form as the Trigger

From the trigger app list, search for Bit Form and select it. Then choose the exact form you want to use for this automation. Make sure this is the same form your visitors will actually submit.

After selecting the form, capture or fetch the sample form data. This sample data is important because Bit Flows will use it later when you map Bit Form fields with Thrive Automator fields, such as name, email, or other contact details.

Here is a simple guide to connect Bit Form as a trigger.

Step 7: Map Bit Form Fields to Thrive Automator Fields

Now, map the Bit Form fields to the matching Thrive Automator fields so the submitted form data goes to the correct place.

For example, map the Bit Form Name field to the Thrive Automator Name field, and map the Email field to Email or other matching fields.
Once you’ve finished these settings, you can either click the “Test Run” button to check if the integration is working correctly or simply close the pop-up to complete the setup.

Now, your Bit Form to Thrive automation is ready. From now on, whenever a user submits your Bit Form, Bit Flows will automatically send the data to the Thrive Automator incoming webhook you selected.

Next, you need to add an action in Thrive Automator so that the data can be forwarded to your preferred CRM or any other application of your choice.

Step 8: Test the Full Flow with a Form Submission

After setting up the trigger and actions, you can test your flow to verify if the integration is working correctly. To do this, simply click on Test Flow Once. Then complete the trigger event, which in this case is Bit Form Submit.

Step 9: Check the Integration Log

After the test, open the Logs section from the top right corner of the flow screen.

There, you can verify whether the Trigger and Action worked successfully.

If the log status shows Success, Bit Flows has sent the Bit Form submission data to the Thrive Automator webhook correctly. Now you can use that captured data inside Thrive Automator to run the next action, such as sending it to a CRM, email tool, or another connected app.
