Dr. Nishi Srivastava

Dr. Nishi Srivastava possess a meritorious academic record with all four first class from High School to M.Sc. in Chemistry in 2007.
Consequently she was awarded Research Internship award to learn research skill in Natural Product Chemistry from CSIR-CIMAP Lucknow. This Research interest motivated her to carry forward her research in Natural product chemistry (Phytochemistry) and she enrolled in PhD with fellowship award CSIR-SRF from CSIR-NBRI Lucknow in 2015. She has worked under supervision of renowned Scientist Dr. Anand Akhila and Dr. AKS Rawat. Her research interest and immense contribution in Plant Science during Ph.D formed the basis of her ICMR Post-doctoral fellowship award from BHU in 2018.
During her research tenure of about more than 10 years in area of research on medicinal and aromatic plants she has published over 15 research papers in esteemed International journals, book chapter and made presentation in nation and international symposia. Her continuous research interest in plant sciences and present agri-issues motivated her to do some novel innovation to overcome these issues like quality, production eco-friendly and chemical free farming. With this vision, NKS Biorgri fertilizer LLP is founded in 2024.

Dr. Anand Akhila
Dr. Anand Akhila possesses a meritorious academic record with all four First divisions and distinctions from High School to M.Sc. He obtained M.Sc. in Chemistry with first position in order of merit from the University of Lucknow in 1976.
Consequently he was awarded prestigious National Scholarship of Govt. of India to study abroad for obtaining P.hD. degree from any university of his choice around the world. He joined University College London (presently ranked at 4th position in the best universities of the world) in 1978 and was awarded Ph.D. from the University of London in Sept. 1980. His immense contribution in the plant Sciences during Ph.D. formed the basis of his appointment as Research Associate in 1981 and then as Scientist in 1982 at Central Institute of medicinal and aromatic plants, a constituent institute of CSIR, based in Lucknow.
He was awarded the coveted CSIR Young Scientist award in Biological Sciences in 1988. During his long career of about 30 years in the area of research on medicinal and aromatic plants he has published over 100 research papers in high impact international and national journals, written several books and made over 25 presentations in national and international symposia in countries like Australia, Japan and Singapore.
Dr. Neha Srivastava

Dr. Neha Srivastava has received PhD in Biotechnology from the Department of Molecular and Cellular Engineering, SHIATS, India, in the area of agrowaste based bioenergy production.
She is working as a Women Scientist-B in the Department of Chemical Engineering and Technology, IIT (BHU) Varanasi, India, with more than 10 years of research experience. She has published more over 100 research articles in the peer-reviewed journals of SCI Impact Factor and has filed 02 patents, 1 patent grant, 1 technology transfer, and edited 24 books, which are published by international publishers including Springer Nature, Elsevier, and Wiley, while six book series by internationally renowned publishers like Springer Nature, CRC Press and CABI International are running.
She is working in the area of bioprocess technology to produce and transform value-added products from agriculture waste, like biofertilizer, bioenzymes, bioenergy, nanocatalysts, biochar, and microbial technology. She has also developed novel bacterial and fungal strains for effective degradation of agrowaste and has published many short articles in different magazines and with different publishers.
