I am an HPC Engineer at Amsterdam UMC with a strong background in bioinformatics and data analysis. With over 5 years of experience in computational biology and high-performance computing, I specialize in genomic data analysis, pipeline development, and optimizing computational workflows for biomedical research.
My journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering, and I’ve since worked on various projects ranging from metagenomic analysis to genetic disease evaluation. Currently, I focus on managing and optimizing HPC infrastructure to support cutting-edge biomedical research at Amsterdam UMC.
