So I've been looking at Daily Scans' bits of the Rise of Arsenal and a realization hit me.
I have never liked Roy Harper. The dude is boring. But this comic has officially bridged the gap from mere dullness into being aggressively lousy. Nobody writes something this shitty and is proud of it, and no Editor lets it escape their soul-rending talons.
