The last several business days in March are my busiest of the entire year. In a nutshell, we have approx. 3,000 customers, most of whom need to file a report online by March 31. Since a. they only do this once a year and b. they all wait until the last minute, we are inundated with phone calls, voice mail messages and email from customers having problems remembering how to do it/how to get access/what's their password/how do they answer question 9e/etc. Usually there are three of us to handle everything, but one of us (unfortunately not me) is retiring tomorrow. He's been transitioning all of his customers to us this week. On top of this fiasco, I've got two IT teams working on fixes for two different system issues, both of which need attention. I ended up bringing my work laptop home tonight to monitor my email for updates, and then doing a system test at 9pm. I am so very drained. Not to mention overwhelmed and overworked. If tomorrow wasn't Friday, I think I might implode.

ETA: *watches mood animation* I need Merlin to cradle my head while someone gives me magical Arthur healing waters. Somebody get on that, okay? ;)

So, apparently Robert Picardo is going to be on Smallville tonight? Huh. More Canadian actor bingo. ;) I plan on watching tonight, and of course, the season finale. Don't know yet if I'll be watching next year, or removing the season pass from the TiVo.

I haven't watched the last, like, five episodes of SPN. I don't know why.

Work sucks, it's dark and rainy, the office is freezing, and it's not Friday. I just want to go home and hug my kitty.
