The blue thing is the card holder UniSA gave out to new students my first week in Adelaide and quickly became the best thing I ever got for free. Next to that is my flash drive, which I haven't used in a while, and the ticket from when I saw Incredible Hulk at the AMC in Times Square last night. Alsooo eyedrops for my contacts, a seven year old coupon for Chipotle (up until they starting popping up here, I only kept it for sentimental reasons), and a raspberry bar thing from the health food store.

Also featured: my tourist-ass yet invaluable subway map, a Mapquest section of my neighborhood in Brooklyn (on the other side is the scratchy beginnings of a fic for Gordon), the two week old paycheck I actually forgot about until tonight, the $35 1 gig mp3 player that I use everyday because I don't want my iPod to get stolen out of my desk, Swedish fish I got for the movies yesterday, and my SpongeBob watch ($3.50 or something with a $10 purchase at Burger King).

God, what a mess. It's like these twenty or so people have a half a cell of good judgment between them. My favorite part was all the He Said\/She Said arguments. HRG says The Company is bad, Mohinder. Mohinder says NOT TRUE. Why? Because Bob says it's good, so it must be. But Mohinder does get points for bringing up his own spy game to Bob. If you guys let this dink come in and try to take you down, it's serious put your head between your knees and kiss your ass goodbye time. I'm sorry.

Victoria says Adam will steer you wrong, Peter. Peter says NEVER. Why? Because Adam says so. Sound thinking, Petrelli. Also in my house we all agree that Peter does sort of look like his mom, although we never really noticed before. Funny.

Alejandro says Sylar is a freak, Maya. Maya says YOU LIE. Why? Because Sylar says it was an accident<\/i>. Which it actually was, but come ON he is the creepiest human ever born. Taking this dude's word over your own brother surpasses stupid. Therefore goodbye, Alejandro. The only thing I really thought during your scenes was \"When the hell did he have time to get a haircut\". So even though you share a name and a dimple with my nephew, I will not mourn your loss overmuch.

Just as an aside, I like Damon slightly more than I expected. He feels genuinely bad about Micah losing his dad, which I find interesting, seeing as he himself is presumably an orphan. I feel like he could have trumped Micah's grief several times by now, but he hasn't. As much as I liked the way they set up DL's death (Which, didn't even Nathan think that Linderman had killed him?), this means that NO ONE died during the finale. Except Ted? I can't even remember, but he was kind of not attractive or likable in any way so he doesn't count. Much like Simone.<\/s> But seriously that is cheeeeeeap.

I love how Adam was locked up for thirty years, ensuring that he knows nothing about Peter, yet he could tell from the like six words the guy said to him that he was the most easily manipulated human being in the history of the world. Kid must give off pheromones or something.

The concept of including Janis and Jimi clones was just ridiculous and transparent. Yet Sadie and Jojo were both terrific performers. My eye went straight to them whenever they were on screen and I'll definitely be listening to their songs on the soundtrack more often than I do the others.

Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite was possibly my least favorite adaptation--boo to speech-singing one of the simplest melodies ever created. But Eddie Izzard is my one true love forever and always. Just by showing up, he made my life.

I was hoping that they'd surprise me and not do Hey Jude. (Shut up. They didn't do Lucy In the Sky With Diamonds [until the credits], Maxwell's Silver Hammer, or<\/i> Sexy Sadie, so my wishes were not built on cumulonimbus.) But that last bit with Max clinging to the gate, going, \"JudyJudyJudy\" was adorable and perfect, hence the entire song is validated.

The highlights were:
- I Want To Hold Your Hand. Prudence is amazing.
- Happiness Is a Warm Gun. Only because it's kind of my fantasy brought to vivid technicolor and blown up to gargantuan proportions. Five Salma Hayeks. Thank you, sir. May I have another?
- Come Together.
