You can cancel your current plan at any time – once canceled, your account, plan and content would remain intact until the end of the current billing period. Once the billing period expires, your account would be disabled, all public data such as your website would be suspended.

As per our terms of service – we reserve the right to delete inactive user data after a certain period of time.

There are no refunds on monthly subscriptions. We do understand that there are exceptions, if you forgot to cancel or have a particular issue – we’d be happy to review your case.

Annual plans can only be refunded during the initial 14 days of your subscription. There are no refunds beyond that time frame. We do not provide partial refund several months into an annual plan.
