Yoga helps your body relax and can lower stress and worry. It can also help people with cancer feel more connected to their bodies again. The Coalition offers two types of yoga: Gentle Yoga and Groovin’ Yoga. For in person offerings Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and water bottle. If you do not have a mat, we can provide one.
