Eric has tweaked the new Board Game rules presented in the Circuit Guide, see this post. He has also added a faster variation, allowing a fighter to rise in Rank quicker, so there are fewer fights to get to the World Warrior level.

Circuit Guide

There have been some updates to old Punho do Guerreiro (Warrior’s Fist) issues, the Brazilian fanzine for Street Fighter RPG (SFRPG). The updates are about streamlining ways to represent traditional fights, definitely worth a read. 🙂

Warrior’s Fist 13 Street Fighter Translation

I’ve finished translating another issue of Punho do Guerreiro, a Brazilian fanzine for Street Fighter RPG (SFRPG).

This issue gives examples for Maneuvers with Weapons, plus this issues Special Maneuver is the legendary One Inch Punch! Rules for using SFRPG to represent Professional Boxing bouts. An important look at the power of money, why Resources 5 is impressive, but not the answer to all the other backgrounds. Kabuki Town, stats for Kyle Travers, plus a SFRPG version of the renowned Rickson Gracie! A look at the Street Fighter II V series, how that could be used for SFRPG. Random Encounters, a useful set of tables for those times when you have a gap in your game’s narrative flow; ideal for those gaming sessions that are less focused on plot and more on the fighting circuit, but you still want a few plot events to happen.
