Good day, friends! I’m finally back with another update for those who are starving for info (all 7 of you)! It’s been quite a roller coaster of a year since my last post, and a bit of heartache to boot. I lost my father to cancer in April, so the past few months have been a bit “weird”. And I still haven’t been able to get out riding as much as I wanted to, but I did complete the 2024 Lake Loop around Lake Hopatcong, hosted by the Lake Hopatcong Foundation. It was around 20 miles circumnavigating the lake, which I figured I could do without too many problems. Until the hills kicked in.
