Research relevance This article presents a mathematical solution to the issue of a comparative an... more Research relevance This article presents a mathematical solution to the issue of a comparative analysis of various types of energy storage devices and determining the most efficient type of energy storage device for use on an industrial scale. The subject of the study in the article is the most important parameters of seven types of energy storages, the use of which is spreading in the world. The purpose of the work is to obtain an answer to the following question: which of the ubiquitous different types of energy storages is most likely to be the most efficient for the future industrial energy supply? The following tasks are solved in the article: 1) generalization of the collected data; 2) analysis (evaluation) of data using mathematical methods of data analysis. The following research methods are used: comparison, abstraction, axiomatic, analysis, synthesis, formalization and induction. The following results were obtained: among the analyzed energy storages, the best result was shown by a mechanical potential (gravitational) energy storage. Conclusions: If it is planned to use energy storages on an industrial scale in various fields, it should be recognized as expedient to give preference to gravitational devices. Th... more The detection method of moving unobserved ground military heavy trucks is considered in paper. The 3D coordinates detection set and the seismic location method are used in our study. The computational algorithm of determination of the bearing angle and distance to unobserved ground target are presented, the computational uncertainties are estimated. The triangular form of 3D detectors in one seismic location cell is offered. It allows minimizing distance and angle uncertainties in target direction. To improve the detection effectiveness, the optimal geometry disposition of 3D detectors in seismic location cells is determined. The offered method is effective in case of terrain relief where seismic-acoustic signal is propagated by approximately straight line. Therefore, this method can be applied only to homogenous medium, for example, to mountainous, solid rocky soil.

When performing reconnaissance missions, a UAV system primarily conducts surveillance of the target area, locates stationary or moving enemy targets, determines their coordinates or transmits their images directly to the command post. Directing artillery fire as well as guiding missiles or carrying out target designation (illumination of targets) for high-precision weapons, automatic determination of target coordinates and their prompt transmission to the appropriate ground stations is essential. This article provides a mathematical solution to the issue of determining the motion parameters of a target spotted during surveillance of an area by a reconnaissance drone (UAV). The subject of the study in the article is UAVrocket-artillery systems. The purpose of the work is to develop a mathematical model for determining the parameters of the target's movement using a UAV. The following tasks are solved in the article: to develop target positioning diagram; to develop a mathematical model for determining the parameters of the target's movement. The methods used in the article are the methods of mathematical modelling. The following results were obtained: а target positioning scheme has been compiled to determine the coordinates and movement parameters; a mathematical dependence has been developed to determine the coordinates of a fixed target; a mathematical model has been developed to determine the parameters of the target's movement. Conclusions: by calculating the current coordinates of a moving target using the method proposed in this paper, it is possible to determine the coordinates of the target and parameters of the target's movement, including the direction of movement and the trajectory.

With aim of orthophotomap making of the terrain and identification of terrain supervision there has been constructed 3D model for choosen mountainous terrain of Azerbaijan Republic using GIS technology. Based on this model there has been obtained a terrain profile and carried out mapping. Based on the study, it was established that the quality of functioning optical telecommunication systems significantly depends on fiber-optic transmission systems, optical facilities and fiber-optic communication lines based on WDM/DWDM and HDWDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing/ Dense WDM&High Dense WDM) technologies for transmission of any kind messages over almost any distance at the highest speeds.
