The last painted miniature for the US army to be used with the Battlegroup game for now.
I wanted to give the model a very dirty look but it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to look. Oh well next time better. ;-)
Next project is a platoon of plastic Panzer III for North Africa made by the Plastic Soldier Company. Never had models from this company so I am wondering how it will go.
Thanks for looking.

Battlegroup: M4A3 Sherman (105mm).
Next I painted the M4A3 Sherman (105mm). This tank can be used by the US army in several Battlegroup books.
I have changed my way of painting. First I wanted everything I painted to look perfect (not that it always did ;-) ), now I paint everything to look nice on the gaming table and not spend hours and hours on painting one model.
Thanks for looking.

I painted something!
Back after 9 months. This is even my first post of 2016.
There are so many things happening in my life that there is/was no time for painting.
Now I finally found some time to paint the plastic Pershing platoon from Battlefront. This platoon can be used in combination with the Battlegroup Fall of the Reich book.
Also my collection of Battlegroup books has expanded with one more book: Battlegroup Wacht Am Rhein. This is not a hardcover book but a smaller softcover book.
In combination with the Battlegroup Overlord book this book can be used to create an army to use to play games during the battle of the Bulge.
Only 2 Battlegroup books missing in my collection are Battlegroup Kursk (a hard to get book but found a copy that hopefully soon will be in my possession) and Battlegroup Barbarossa (hope to by this book later this year).
Thanks for looking.
