Marketing Project Manager (Open-source Dev-tools)

Objective: Promote an open-source and B2B product in the dev-tools industry, driving growth and engagement among developers and organizations.
Key Responsibilities

- Drive growth through demand acquisition strategies targeting both developers and organizational decision-makers.
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
- Build and foster Autokitteh’s open-source community
- Lead multi-platform campaigns, ensuring consistency across channels
- Create content that showcases the product’s value, features, and use cases
- Track, measure, and report on the success of campaigns
Skills & Experience
Technical Skills:

- Basic Python programming knowledge, with a strong grasp of software development fundamentals
- Ability to speak the language of developers, understanding their pain points, needs, and preferences
Marketing Expertise:

- Experience executing open-source marketing campaigns across platforms such as GitHub, Reddit, X, dev.to, LinkedIn, and others
- Ability to create, curate, and execute campaigns that resonate with a technical audience
- Comfortable writing, editing, and enhancing semi-technical content that is both engaging and informative
- Experience in targeting both individual developers and organizational decision-makers
