TVS Jupiter 110: Overview

The TVS Jupiter 110 continues to be one of India’s highest-selling family scooters, known for its practicality, refined performance and long-term reliability. The updated model arrived on August 22, 2024, introducing incremental improvements in styling, technology and user convenience. For 2025, the Jupiter 110 receives an important compliance update to meet the OBD-2B emission norms, in line with TVS Motor Company’s commitment to fully transition its product portfolio to OBD-2B standards before the end of March 2025. With this regulatory upgrade, the Jupiter 110 carries forward its core strengths while remaining future-ready for evolving emission regulations. Positioned firmly against popular rivals such as the Honda Activa, Hero Pleasure+ and Honda Dio, the Jupiter 110 continues to cater to daily commuters and family buyers looking for comfort, efficiency and value in the 110 cc segment.

TVS Jupiter 110: Price

The TVS Jupiter 110 is priced between 72,400 and 85,400 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The base Drum variant starts at 72,00, while the Drum Alloy version is priced at 77,200. The connected SXC range begins at 81,000 and goes up to 84,500 for the top-spec Disc SXC. TVS also offers a special edition model priced at 85,400. All aforementioned prices are ex-showroom.

TVS Jupiter 110: Variants

TVS offers the Jupiter 110 in four variants—Drum, Drum Alloy, Drum SXC, and Disc SXC—allowing customers to choose based on their feature requirements and budget. The base and mid-level variants offer essential features and mechanical upgrades such as alloy wheels, while the SXC variants add premium touches, including connected technology and enhanced styling elements. This range ensures buyers can select a variant that aligns with their commuting habits and desired convenience features.

TVS Jupiter 110: Colours

The 2024 Jupiter 110 is available in several colour options that enhance its visual appeal, including Dawn Blue Matte and Meteor Red Gloss. The colour palette is aimed at both conservative and style-conscious buyers, complementing the scooter’s updated design theme.

TVS Jupiter 110: Mileage

ARAI-claimed fuel efficiency is 48 kmpl. Real-world fuel economy may vary depending on road conditions and riding style.

TVS Jupiter 110: Specs & Features

The Jupiter 110 continues to be powered by TVS’ 113.3 cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine equipped with advanced fuel-injection technology. The engine produces 7.91 bhp and 9.2 Nm of torque at 5,000 rpm. A key upgrade introduced earlier and retained for 2025 is the electric torque assist, which improves the off-the-line response by temporarily boosting peak torque output to 9.8 Nm. This enhancement is particularly useful in start-stop urban traffic and during quick overtakes. The scooter delivers a maximum claimed speed of up to 82 kmph and continues with a smooth CVT automatic transmission for effortless city commuting.

The chassis and suspension remain familiar with a telescopic fork at the front and a three-step adjustable rear suspension tuned for comfort over broken surfaces. Variants differentiate themselves through braking hardware, with either drum brakes on both ends or a front disc option for improved stopping control.

The scooter features a full LED headlamp setup with integrated turn indicators and an LED tail light. Higher variants come with a fully digital instrument cluster that supports Bluetooth connectivity for turn-by-turn navigation, call alerts, and music controls. The Jupiter 110 also includes a USB charger, external fuel filler cap, keyless ignition, and follow-me headlamps. Storage space under the seat is ample and can accommodate two helmets, adding practicality for urban riders. The seating is among the longest in its class, designed to ensure comfort for both rider and pillion.

TVS Jupiter 110: Offers & Deals

At present, TVS is not offering any discounts on the Jupiter. Buyers are advised to contact their nearest authorised TVS dealership for the most accurate and current offers.

TVS Jupiter 110: Rivals

The TVS Jupiter 110 competes with other 110 cc scooters such as the Honda Activa 6G, Hero Pleasure+, and the Honda Dio. Compared to its rivals, the Jupiter offers a more feature-rich package in higher trims, while maintaining competitive fuel economy and reliability. Its extensive variant lineup and practical enhancements also allow it to appeal to a wide spectrum of users.

TVS Jupiter Expert Review

4.5 out of 5

Pros

Smooth engine Nimble and stable Feature-loaded

Cons

Pricey higher variants

The scooter segment has evolved quite a bit in the past few years. They have become quite popular and more and more people are now buying them because of their comfort and practicality. The segment really saw a big push with the Honda Activa and then again with the TVS Jupiter. First launched in 2013, the Jupiter is the only scooter that has been able to give some competition to the Activa.

It is 2024 now and Jupiter has finally now entered a new generation. So, what has changed with the new Jupiter? Well, a lot actually. We got to ride it for 20 minutes on TVS' test track. Here are our first impressions of the 2024 TVS Jupiter 110.
