I have internet!!

They must have known yesterday was my birthday, because Comcast finally got their customer service together today and hooked me up with a guy who knew what he was doing!! Even though I had spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with people previously, this guy took only about 15 minutes.

He gets a cookie.

In other fandom news, I saw Half Blood Prince yesterday. I loved it. I really did. ( Some brief, slightly spoilery thoughtsCollapse ) I know justinlovesart is curious to know what I think and now that I have internet up and running I can finally go back and really read her thoughts on it, but I'm going to make a more thorough post about it later after I've seen it again, which might be as soon as today, because I thought it was great.

I'm also planning on catching up with Kings - has there been any further gossip about it coming back?? Or is that just slander and rumor?? The show really is fantastic so it's a shame that it's coming to an end.

My WIP is coming along well. 5 "chapters" are done. I'm thinking with this one that I might post it in bigger sections, almost like acts in a play or something. I know as a reader I like longer sections, so perhaps I'll try that with this one. It might mean that I wait a while longer before I start posting, but it's coming well and I just can't get over how much I love Brian and Draco together.  I'm weird, I know.  :)

*sigh* I'm just so happy to be back.

In the immortal words of our beloved Justin Taylor: "I'm not antisocial, I just hate people."

It was just one of those days where EVERYONE was an asshole. Not my friends, not my family but all those stupid people that can still some how manage to make your life fucking miserable.

They all seemed to pop up today, either making me incredibly sad, pissed off or a combination of both throughout the day.

I'm not sure whether to vomit cause I'm so mad or sob cause I'm so upset.

So instead I'm going to drink a beer, curl up with my flist and hope it all gets better tomorrow.
