ticketing faqs
Tickets can be purchased directly from our website under the “Tickets” section. Tickets are exclusively available directly from our website www.auscryptocon.com which links through to LUP.
In NO circumstances will you be able to buy tickets from any 3rd party.
Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. More information about our privacy policy, consent, and refund policy can be located at the bottom of this page..
Ticket name transfers are allowed up to the 31st of October 2025. Requests after this date can still be made but are subject to approval and confirmation. You can find more information here.
If you can’t find your ticket, check your spam/junk folder. You can request your tickets be resent via this link. On the event day, you can provide your name and details for your ticket to be printed.
Speaker FAQs
You can request to speak by filling out the speaker application form linked here.
The event is not live-streamed, but all speaking sessions are recorded and, over time, edited and uploaded to social media. You can request a copy of your speech post-event by emailing [email protected].
Networking is a key feature of the event. Wear your company clothes, introduce yourself, bring some business cards, and network hard! However, handing out business marketing materials and flyers is not permitted. “Hawking” or invasive promoting which causes annoyance or discomfort to other attendees will also not be tolerated.
General event faq
The event is a 2-day event. On Saturday, doors open at 9 AM, but we encourage you to attend earlier to avoid queues and collect your tickets/name badge. The event closes at 5 PM on Saturday and reopens Sunday morning at 9 AM, closing at 4:30 PM on Sunday afternoon. If you have a premium or VIP ticket, the after-party commences Sunday evening after the event.
Yes, networking is a significant aspect of the event. Attendees are encouraged to network throughout the convention.
