Do you need a job? Do you know anyone who needs a job? I work in the healthcare field, which currently, is a very competitive market for employers. It is challenging to find RNs, LPNs and CNAs to meet all of our needs.
I run a program in the Greater St. Louis area for individuals with developmental disabilities who live in supported living homes in the community. We assist individuals of all age ranges with all levels of needs, but we specialize in serving those who have high medical needs. We even have individuals with trachs and on ventilators who live in the community and not in nursing homes.
My agency, the Austen Dooley Company is looking for Direct Support Staff (DSS), LPN's and RN's to join our St. Louis/St Charles area team. If you are a CNA, a nurse or know a nurse or CNA that is looking to make a difference in the lives of others in our area... this is a great opportunity. No experience is necessary for these positions, so someone straight out of a CNA or nursing school would be welcome. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I know I haven't been around here much lately. Mostly because real life and work have been absolutely crazy. I hope that will change soon.
