The ADC team wants everyone to contribute to an interesting and joyful event where people of all backgrounds feel welcome. We are committed to helping elevate minorities in the community and supporting their unobstructed contribution.
As a framework to make this happen, we provide guidance and support with the implementation of a Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct applies to everyone involved in this event. Misconduct may be reported and the Code of Conduct Team will help resolve issues, from providing emotional support to expelling participants displaying toxic behaviour, even when unintentional. “Everyone involved” is: us the organising team, staff, volunteers, speakers, sponsors, attendees, as well as service providers and partners of any form.
