khaleel mershad

Khaleel Mershad is an Assistant Professor at the Arts, Sciences, and Technology University in Lebanon (AUL). He received his BE in Computer Engineering and Informatics from Beirut Arab University, Lebanon, in 2004, and his ME and PhD in Computer and Communications Engineering (CCE) from the American University of Beirut (AUB), in 2007 and 2012. He worked as a Post Doc at AUB in 2012 and 2013, and at Qatar University between 2013 and 2015. Currently, Dr. Mershad is a full-time assistant professor at AUL, working on multiple research projects on several academic disciplines. Dr. Mershad has published more than 30 scientific papers at top reputable international journals/conferences, and served as editor and reviewer for several referred international journals. His research interests include mobile ad hoc networks, cloud computing, data management and availability, parallel and distributed computing, inter-vehicle communications, Big Data analysis, and Internet of Things networks.
