The quality of service has become an integral part of customer satisfaction. Day by day, It has been demonstrated that customer satisfaction and loyalty are linked to service quality. There is also a link between service quality and customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in banks. Therefore, this paper investigated the effect of service quality factors on customer satisfaction and the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in conventional banks in Bangladesh. A survey was conducted on 13 different conventional banks in Bangladesh. Using simple random sampling, 220 customers were selected as a sample from selected conventional banks for this study. The research was carried out using a structured questionnaire. The SPSS software was used to analyze the demographic data. Multivariate analysis technique like Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to identify the influential factors for the bank's customer loyalty by using SmartPLS3 software. The study found that all service quality factors such as assurance, reliability, responsiveness, and tangibility are the influential factors except empathy.

While the smart city issue has been discussed in recent literature, it is of interest if macro ICT considerations should also be considered for determining a city's technical advancement. First of all, a literature analysis of a smart city is presented to accomplish this purpose. Along with a theoretical structure focused on the information community, an overview of the smart city idea is included. The ICT development of Smart Cities depends on the characteristics and features of the cities, as well as on macro-technological considerations. Cities that use information technology as a means of urban sustainability build smartness to emerge as smart cities as a source of constant growth and transformation within the urban ecosystem, pursuing a managerial and organizational vision of sustainability. The aim of this thesis is to suggest a theoretical overview of the city as a sustainable society that drives urban development and adopts a smart urban growth vision.

To attract and recruit best employees is one of the great challenges for Human Resource Department. Today online recruiting has become a significant tool for Human Resource Department. Bangladeshi companies also can recruit with their websites, job boards or resume banks, newspaper classified ads, and job boards. Online recruiting processes increase firms' competitive advantage through increased efficiency and lower costs and offers benefits and opportunities to jobseekers. This paper investigates the perceptions and behaviors of job-seekers concerning the use of the Internet as a recruiting source. 204 survey questionnaires were distributed to job seekers who are almost regularly using Internet for various purposes. The results showed that perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment are positively and significantly related to the behavioral intention to use Internet as a job search tool. The study implies that the developers of online job sites need to provide additional useful functionalities or tools in the sites to help users for job search. The paper provides an insight for jobseekers to find employment by using Internet as a job search tool.
