Urgent Technical Support During Your Exam:
Contact Kryterion Support at support.kryterion.com if you experience any technical difficulties while taking your exam or your system readiness check. They can also help with installing the software, starting your exam, etc. Kryterion provides support for our exams 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Visit Kryterion Support at support.kryterion.com using a device that is not part of your exam session. Use the live chat in the bottom of the page: type “help”, select your language, then select “Urgent Live Exam Help”.
Do not contact AT*SQA for urgent support, as only Kryterion has the technical access to assist you.
