Hi Mom Bloggers, I am helping Alexis Martin Neely launch her new book, "Wear Clean Underwear: A Fast, Fun, Friendly - and Essential - Guide to Legal Planning for Busy Parents. With her savvy book Wear Clean Underwear, Alexis helps parents understand how important – and easy – legal planning is for parents. You can find out more info on the book at www.wearcleanunderwearbook.com.

So why am I writing you?

For each mom blogger who reviews the book on or before May 7, we will offer a comprehensive Kids Protection Plan counseled and prepared by a celebrity lawyer, Alexis Martin Neely. This is a great value, as an attorney prepared Kids Protection Plan is normally $1,000. And, because Alexis Martin Neely is no longer seeing new clients, this offer is truly priceless.

Let me know if you can review the book by May 7th. We would love your participation. Please contact me at [email protected] if you are interested.

We plan on taking our daughter to Stone Mountain's Pumpkin Festival, this year for her birthday. It is about an hour to an hour and a half drive for us. She is wanting to invite some friends along. I feel that if we were to invite friends it would be up to me to pay for the friends ticket. Do you guys feel the same way? What about parking and parent/sibling tickets? It is a bit of a drive and is it fair to expect other parents to drive their kids that far? If I did I certainly wouldn't think it would be appropriate to receive gifts as well...I mean they would already be paying 50+ for gas, parking and one adult ticket...

Maybe I should just mention to a select few close friends that we will be at Stone Mountain that day if they feel like joining us? As far as I know only one friend has a season pass...

Oh and for anyone in the area...If you have a child around age 6-7 and plan on being at Stone Mountain on Saturday the 21st (?) .. i dont have a calender close by look us up!

I am an American who is bilingual and who offers babysitting or childcare in a Spanish-immersion environment.

The younger a child is, the easier it is to pick up languages easily. In this globalizing world, knowledge of another language is more important than ever, and there is no better time or way to expose someone to another language than as a child.

I am a 22-year old, college educated, liberal woman who has experience teaching English to Spanish speakers and Spanish to English speakers. I love working with children, and have worked as a babysitter as well as a programming coordinator and counselor at summer camps. My passion is sharing and experiencing other languages and cultures. Currently, I work at a feminist non-profit in Atlanta as a bilingual educator and counselor and providing childcare to young children in Spanish, and also speak proficient French and a bit of Mandarin. I've studied in China, and spent time in Spanish and French speaking countries.

For me, working with children is a joy because of their natural curiosity, their challenges, and their honesty. I believe in a mutual respect between adults and children and in empowering them as much as possible, while having fun.

I am currently available Mondays, Thursdays, Sundays, and evenings. Please email for more information. I would love to speak on the phone or in person about your needs and how I might be able to help meet them.
