for the few people that are still here lol
this is the time where I reflect upon the year that had just past. I think I forgot part last year. oops. well, there wasn't a whole lot that happened, so it's not that big of a deal. this year, however, has been absolute shit. I lost my father in February, and my last grandparent, my father's mother, in September. my trip to Germany was amazing, ngl, but the amount of loss was too great.
I am happy to see this year come to an end, and for a new year to begin. ilu all, and hope to see everyone again next year ♥

well, shit. this snuck up on me. well, no, it didn't. I've just been lazy as hell over the last year. 2011 sucked so much, and there was a lot of change that I didn't want to face, mostly from what happened in January. small changes here and there are okay, but when one big thing happens, I wanted the world to stop, and it felt like everything happened all at once. here's hoping to a better year. I ♥ you all.

so here we are, the end of another year. I..... have been really lazy this year XD; I've barely posted in my live journal and posted a bit more on my facebook XD; and I didn't post anything at all on my deviantart, which is silly because I've made a LOT of things this year! I guess I feel like I don't really have much to say any more. I should post my pictures from....... well, all of the cons I've been to this year, since I haven't I don't think? XD; and I actually went to 12! I've traveled to places I've never been before, like Atlanta and Detroit, as well as my old haunting grounds. I guess it's because I didn't take a lot of pictures, and most of what I took were either my group being silly or private photo shoots which are becoming my fave thing to do *_* if you want to see them, let me know~
I've come to enjoy what I have, because at any moment, it could be taken away from you. I've also learned to not take things for granted... well, to a point, at any rate. I love all of my friends and wish I could spend more time with all of you, especially when we only see each other at con, which is ALWAYS hectic for me, no matter what XD;
one more thing, before I close out the year- I'm sure a few of you remember my lament from earlier in the year about my car. well...... I ended up trading Bitch Diva in. my mother convinced me that I should- she was worried about something happening to me while I was on the road. so now I have Fast and Easy- a 2010 Malibu. he's Imperial Blue with grey interior. why Fast and Easy? well.... Bitch Diva was named for her plates- BH61DV. Fast and Easy's plates are EZZ7411. that explains the Easy part. as for Fast? well.... I drove to Atlanta for AWA this year, and the speed limit for 75 is, well, 75 south of Louisville, save for Chattanooga. seeing as how I JUST got him (I picked him up on Monday and left on Thursday. hell, he didn't even have a NAME yet), I took him on the ultimate test- can he go fast? well, seeing as how we did 90 the entire way? he passed. so Fast and Easy. I'll have him at Ohayocon, in case anyone who rode in BD wants to say hello XD;
all in all, 2010 was.... well, it was okay. it wasn't great, but it didn't totally suck either. things could have been better, but they also could have been a LOT worse. and with this, I bid thee, farewell. see you in 2011!

okay, so I've been really slacking in the con report area. since my last post... well, ACen was ACen, and Colossalcon was Tornadocon Colossalcon. I had a blast at both, despite the little minor irritations i.e. the room bill at ACen >.>
so now this leads us to Ikasucon. I have a room.... with 3 people, including myself. we're coming in Thursday night or Friday morning... not quite sure yet ^_^; prolly leaning closer to Friday morning, and leaving Sunday afternoon. the other two people are Julie and Amma </s>Julie being on the AA with myself, so we'll barely be there XD;</s>. if anyone needs room, please let me know!

I am unable to attend Otakon due to money problems (unless I luck out and get a table at ACen and make good money... and do well at Colossal) so those of you I promised Ota to, I'm very sorry. if this changes, I'll update and let everyone know.
HOWEVER, I will be attending AWA this year *did I put this on my list already? I can't remember XD;* I have been confirmed for an AA table, so I'll be there :3

well, first off, Ohayocon was Ohayocon. had a good time :3 not a whole hell of a lot to post about besides the fact that a lot of the Hetalia fandom is.................. well, annoying :/ damn kids I had to help Julie with her table, so it got me to thinking "ya know? maybe I should~ get a table at Ohayo next year" so I don't know XD;;
any rate, next is the ACen room.
I NEED TO KNOW WHO IS IN MY ROOM!!!
I need to know who all is in the room *no, I haven't booked it yet......* well, shit. looks like the damn thing is sold out.
so.... I don't even know if I should bother with ACen this year. yes, I loves it a lot, and I'll miss going, but dammit. I wasn't able to get a table, and now I don't have a room :/ jkasdfbasdfasdkfa

wow. it seems like everyone had a tough year this year :/ outside of my car being silly, mine wasn't so bad ^_^; I still have my job, I still have my health. the only thing is now I'm 30, and, truth be told, it's not so bad. I feel the same as I did when I was 28 and 29 XD;
at any rate, I hope all of you have a wonderful 2010. Go Bucks, and I'll see you all next year ♥

really, I do.... but some days.....
so I took my car into the shop today *the stupid window wouldn't go down >.< AND my 2-month old serpentine belt was squealing wtf* and it looks like I need new brakes. badly. like, the mechanic recommended I didn't do a lot of long-distance traveling. the bad thing is- I can't afford new brakes for another two weeks ;.; which means no movie night with fuzzy_squish and harmonies
I'm sorry guys. I really am. but I'd rather not chance it.
not to mention it looks like my car gets ALL of my money this month.
-170some to repair the window and lock *stupid thing wasn't working. luckily, the belt was an error on the shop, so I din't have to pay for it*
-300some for new brakes and an oil change
-60-80some for plate renewal *it's my birthday this month, so I have to renew ~_~*
-300some for insurance *I pay every six months. and if anyone suggests I pay monthly.... well, no. I save a lot more by paying this way, not to mention I don't have to worry about it....*
-200some for new tires *I replaced 2 of them not too long ago because I had a nail stuck in one near a different repair, so I needed to replace it >.<*
all in all, it'll probably be about a grand. mother mercy. the joys of owning an older vehicle.
get a new one? no way in hell. I can't afford a new car. I'm still paying on my student loan. I have that for another 3+ years. once that's gone.... maybe. then again, the body on the Malibu is still good, so maybe a new engine? I think that would be best.
