Science & Clinical Modeling

Roles

  • • Clinical Data Scientist
  • • Computational Biologist / Bioinformatician
  • • Biostatistician / Statistical Scientist

  • • Clinical Research Scientist (Trials / RWE)

Backgrounds we’re looking for

  • • PhD or equivalent experience in:
    • • Biostatistics, Statistics
    • • Computational Biology / Bioinformatics
    • • Epidemiology / Pharmacoepidemiology
    • • Health Services Research, Outcomes Research
    • • Applied Mathematics, Physics with strong modeling focus
  • • Experience with:
    • • Clinical trial design, RWE, or observational studies
    • • Longitudinal data (EHR, claims, registries, trial data)
    • • Causal inference, survival analysis, time-to-event models
    • • Regulatory-grade analyses, validation plans, or submissions

AI & Platform Engineering

Roles

  • • Machine Learning Scientist (Foundation Models / Sequence Modeling)
  • • ML Engineer (LLMs, Mamba, diffusion, generative models)
  • • Data Engineer (Healthcare data pipelines)
  • • Platform / Backend Engineer (Cloud, APIs, security)
  • • MLOps / Infrastructure Engineer

Backgrounds we’re looking for

  • • Strong experience in:
    • • Deep learning (Transformers, sequence models, diffusion models)
    • • Large-scale training, optimization, and evaluation
    • • Python, PyTorch / JAX, modern ML tooling
  • • Healthcare data familiarity is a plus:
    • • EHR, claims, clinical ontologies (ICD, SNOMED, LOINC, RxNorm)
    • • Working with messy, longitudinal real-world data
  • • Platform skills:
    • • Cloud (AWS preferred), containerization, CI/CD
    • • Data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Spark, modern data lakes)
    • • Secure enterprise integrations (APIs, auth, logging)

Clinical, Product & Go-to-Market

Roles

  • • Clinical Product Manager (Trials / RWE / Synthetic Data)
  • • Clinical Partnerships Lead (Biopharma, CROs, Payers, Providers)
  • • Solutions Architect (AI + Clinical Development)
  • • Healthcare Strategy & Operations

Backgrounds we’re looking for

  • • Experience in:
    • • Biopharma clinical development, R&D, or medical affairs
    • • CRO operations, site management, or trial design
    • • Payer or provider organizations (value-based care, RWE, HEOR)
    • • Bringing complex AI / data products into regulated environments
  • • Skills we value:
    • • Ability to translate between scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
    • • Comfort working with ambiguous, frontier technology
    • • Strong communication and client-facing experience
