Sustainability Tech Starts Here
Accelerating Clean Technology for a Resilient Tomorrow
The global clean technology market size is projected to grow more than 12.5% by 2030, and Georgia is a rapidly growing sustainability tech hub. Cleantech startups are at the core of driving innovative, technology-based solutions, modernizing and transforming how we preserve natural and necessary resources and our planet’s infrastructure.
Solutions to these problems can be complex and hard to build. They require different types of funding, navigating complex politicization, projecting a business value proposition, and more.
That’s where ATDC comes in. To coincide with cleantech growth, we have dedicated resources, events, and mentors to help cleantech startups grow and succeed.
I’m Jen Singh,
ATDC’s Sustainability Tech Catalyst
I bring a unique blend of corporate, startup, investor, and community-building experience to this role. Before joining ATDC, I worked for a global company where I was focused on building emerging technology and starting new internal businesses. From there, I co-founded an online cleantech community and currently serve on the boards of two startup organizations. My diverse background helps me connect clean technology founders with a strong network and guide them through the business landscape.
My advice for entrepreneurs:
"Building your business is important, but investing your time developing relationships and contributing to local ecosystems is just as essential."
Clean Technology: Protecting the Planet, Its People, and the Economy
Cleantech startups carry a unique responsibility. While many cleantech startups focus on solving a single problem, making something faster, easier, or more efficient, entrepreneurs in this space need to think bigger. They’re building ecosystem-level technology solutions that must deliver long-term benefits to the planet, its people, and the economy. Every decision made as these companies grow, scale, and evolve has lasting implications for today’s resilience and tomorrow’s access to critical resources.
ATDC has three levels of programs for startups: Educate, Accelerate, and Signature, with Accelerate and Signature having industry-specific opportunities.
